- Unique Message ID - this is assigned when You send Your message

Using the information collected when You send Us a Message
We use the information collected when You send Us a Message for the purpose of replying to Your Message to Us and for detecting potential fraud.
Access to the information collected when You send Us a Message
You can gain access to the information collected when You send Us a Message by:
- logging-in to Our Website, and then
- navigating to 'My Submissions' link in the "Account" mainmenu tab - this will list all of Your messages to Us - subject to "Deleting information collected when You send Us a Message" below;
Downloading information collected when You send Us a Message
You can download any message You have sent to Us by:
- Logging in to Our Website, then
- Navigating to "My Submissions" link in the "Account" mainmenu tab - this will list all messages / submissions You have sent to Us
- In the list of Your messages You can choose which Message(s) to download by selecting the PDF (
) icon at the end of the corresponding message line - subject to: "Deleting information collected when You send Us a Message" below;
- You can also choose to download any, or all message(s) / submission(s) in csv (comma separated variable) format
Deleting information collected when You send Us a Message
You can delete one or more message(s) / Submission(s) you have sent to Us by:
- Logging in to Our Website
- Navigating to 'My Submissions' in the 'Account' mainmenu tab - this will list Your messages sent to Us - subject to one or more message / submission having not been deleted previously
- In the list of stored messages / submissions, at the end of each line listing a message submission is the facility to delete the corresponding message by means of choosing the 'Delete' icon(

Note:
Once You have chosen to delete a message / submission - the corresponding message / submission and all of its corresponding information collected is permanently and irretrievably deleted. Forever, and for good.
Courtesy and Acceptable Language
All message content, and the message 'Subject' line, should be written using polite, courteous language.
Use of the following language types will not be tolerated - this list is not exhaustive and only gives examples;
- Rude
- Foul
- Grotesque
- Hateful
- Derogatory
- Racist

This Contact Policy will be reviewed at regular intervals.
A review does not mean that any change has occureed.
